Bioinformatics and Computational Biology

I am taking an integrated approach, which combines computational with experimental methods, to understand causal and functional relationships that regulate the dynamics of biological networks and lead various extra-cellular stimuli to numerous cellular phenotypes. My focuses are three-fold: signal transduction networks, transcriptional regulatory networks, and image-based functional genomics. I am also interested in developing human-computer interfaces to facilitate biological and biomedical research.
