Computational Systems Biology Group

We are taking an integrated approach, which combines computational with experimental methods, to understand causal and functional relationships that regulate the dynamics of biological networks and lead various extra-cellular stimuli to numerous cellular phenotypes. Here are some of the topics we are working on:

Image-based functional genomics
Automatic Inference of Biological Networks Governing Animal Development
MotifBooster. (Transcriptional regulatory motif modeling and discovery)
GeneNotes (Windows version, not actively maintained) and GeneNotes Extension to Firefox (Does not work well with the latest version of Firefox. The problem is being fixed)
UBIC2. (Developing a framework and platform for the next generation of bio-computing -- pervasive heterogeneous bio-information computing.) (Being converted to Java)
